What countries do you deliver to?
We offer shipping to destinations listed in our delivery options. Available destinations, cost, and delivery estimates will be displayed when checking out. You may also check delivery destinations at the end of this page. Note that some products may only be applicable for a certain destinations due to licensing restrictions.
When will my product arrive?
Delivery duration estimates are shown at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
How should I wash my product?
The product should be washed at no higher than 30°C and ironed on a low heat setting. Do not tumble dry. Please follow the care label for more instruction.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes you will receive a tracking number with link via email notification when the order is dispatched from our facility. You may track your order through the tracking link provided.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order via YunTrack once you receive a tracking number. All products are produced and shipped from China so please be patient when your package is in international transit.
I need my product urgently. Do you support rush orders?
